Skillia · Cofounder & technical lead
Feb 2025 — 2026
An AI operating system for companies: memory, knowledge and learning. Two cofounders, no funding.
- Owned the technical side: architecture, the agents, the evals and the product surface. Plus the founder half, sales and admin.
- Five agents in production: Cortex (memory for the agents), Briefings (company knowledge turned into the shortest learning path), Onboarding (an interview that extracts context to cold-start the system), Skiby (searches and organises company knowledge) and News (the AI news relevant to each admin).
- The hard problem was memory that actually makes agents remember, and learning paths that teach what someone needs in the least time.
- Built the eval systems behind the agents: an LLM-as-judge suite over 130+ scenarios, and a gold-set memory benchmark in three languages.
- More than 300 users through PIMEC, the Catalan SME association, which paid for Skillia and offered it to its members. We adapted it to find skill gaps in people and build the learning path to close them.
- 10+ hours saved in onboarding at an engineering company, on simple questions and company SOPs.
- €10k+ revenue.
- Wound down in 2026. We were solving too many problems at once, and go-to-market never found product-market fit.
